Article 1: Products
The products offered on the site comply with the French legislation in force, and the standards applicable in France.
You may, prior to any order, take notice of the characteristics of the products on the site. You can order them by clicking on the product, if the available quantity is at least equal to 1. You can request product details by phone or e-mail (see "Contact us"). For some handcrafted items, if the mention "photo non contractual" appears in the description of the product, slight differences of colors or shapes can be observed. This shall not constitute a reason for return, nor shall it be considered a defect.
The offers offered by Nath’s Perfume Ltd are valid only within the limit of available stocks.
Nath’s Perfume Ltd reserves the right to modify the assortment of products offered for sale on its site according to the constraints imposed by its suppliers.
Article 2: prices
The sales prices of the products offered on the site, indicated in pounds and all taxes included, are those in force on the day of payment of the order. They do not include shipping charges, charged in addition to the price of products purchased (details in the "Delivery" section).
The prices take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the statutory rate of VAT will automatically be reflected on the price of the products presented on the site, on the date stipulated by the decree of application.

The orders made on the site are called "orders with obligation of payment".
Each item you wish to order must be added to your cart. A summary of the selected products appears in the "Finish my order" step: you can modify your basket or cancel it at any time, until the final validation by the payment.

Delivery and payment: You must inform and check the billing and delivery address, your method of delivery and your method of payment. Upon confirmation of payment, a detailed acknowledgment of receipt, an electronic ticket or an order confirmation is sent to your e-mail address, allowing you to verify that your order has been taken into account. Article 4: Payment
Payment by credit card (Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard): the transaction will be made securely through the payment service of the Paypal. All data entered during CB payment are immediately encrypted using paypal. No confidential payment data is stored by Nath's Perfume Ltd.
Payment via PayPal: The customer with a PayPal account enters his e-mail address linked to his PayPal account and his PayPal password. Personal information is automatically encrypted when sending any sensitive information on PayPal servers. In the case of returning an item, the refund will be made in the form of a refund of the PayPal account that was used for payment of the original order.
The entire payment is made upon order.
Nath’s Perfume Ltd reserves the right to refuse a delivery or to honor an order from a customer who has not fully or partially settled a previous order or with which a dispute is pending.

Article 7: Retention of title:
Nath’s Perfume Ltd retains full ownership of the products sold until the full collection of the prize, including principal, fees and taxes.
Article 8: Intellectual property:
The present site and all the elements therein (trademarks, designs, logos, photographs, etc.) are the exclusive property of Nath’s Perfume Ltd and the brands sold on the site having given their agreement for the use of the visuals Cited above.
Any reproduction in whole or in part is prohibited.
Article 9: Data processing and freedoms:
The personal data of the client collected and retained by Nath’s Perfume Ltd in the context of any order have a unique purpose of good management of orders, deliveries and invoices.The customer has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him. Geolocation: any customer of the online shop is automatically geolocated by the site so that the conditions applicable to his geographical area (delivery costs, delivery time, automatic translation ...) can be proposed to him. This agreement is subject to English law. The language of this contract is in english. The client is informed of the possibility of resorting, in case of dispute, to a conventional mediation procedure or to any other alternative means of dispute settlement.

Given the possible changes in the regulations and the site, we reserve the right to modify at any time the conditions. The new terms and conditions will be available on line at www.nathsperfume.com and will be applicable only to sales made after the modification.
